Seal-Oracle aims to build a cross-chain platform over the Polkadot Network to empower the data economy. With the support of The Boca Ecosystem, further expand and enhance the off-chain Worker module under the Substrate 2.0 framework, and provide data access, query, exchange, analysis, and other functions for future DeFi and Web3.0 applications.

The core goal of Seal-Oracle is to empower users and their projects using blockchain, intelligent contract technology. SEOR will provide many free forms of technology to support the projects of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, and individual users.
